Entry position Core Systems Manager
Position when left: Managing Director for Portugal & Germany and Operations Director

Main Responsibilities

As Core Systems Manager, consolidated 3 companies bought by Swisscom in the begining of Swisscom Eurospot. Including DB consolidation, operations and Network.
Started the Portuguese Operations of Swisscom Eurospot, managing in second Year of operations a 1.200% growth to EBITDA positive.
Since September 2005, accumulated the function of Managing Director of Swisscom Eurospot Germany, and helped achieve a 20% growth of revenue during this period.
Also as MD Germany, renegotiated a number of contract which helped reducing costs and improving EBITDA results of the company in 50%.
Managed of renegotiation of difficult partner contracts in Germany.
Also accumulated the position of Operations Director since August 2005, renegotiated the support contract in Italy helping increasing availability from around 89% to 96% and setting the basis for further improvement to over 99%.

As a programmer, responsible for OSI layers 2-7 development, helping Amadeus grow a stable Network to the one largest company worldwide.
Project manager of the Amadeus common API used to connect the company to all its partners.
Project Manager and later Manager of the Open Front-end, targeted to migrate the companies front-end from a proprietary system to a UNIX system. System today supporting all of the American market.

Responsible for supporting the source code library of the company, including expansion and migration to new DB.
